We thought about it, and so we began attracting and developing Bakers who are committed to our art and want to make better food. It has taken time – longer than we thought.
And so far so good…we have found wonderful people who love what they do and continue to tirelessly bake delightful, hand crafted items that our families enjoy and people love. As we look to our future, we are still questioning what is possible, trying to always be better.
